PRINT TO ORDER
Our fabrics and products are "print to order" for our clients. Depending on the order, lead times can vary from 2 to 6 weeks, though are often shorter. Please inquire if you have scheduling concerns as rush service is also available.
All items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards. Our linen groundcloth is a natural material and its bumps and slight variations may be visible upon close inspection; this is considered standard and part of the beauty of the fabric.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via ground service, unless rush service has been requested.
We ship globally. Please contact us for international shipping cost estimates. Please note that country import taxes and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Online orders for finished goods will be carefully packaged and shipped from our New York studio. Yardage orders ship directly from our mill and are packaged securely on the roll in a poly sleeve. We believe this is both the best way to protect our goods and the most economical.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All of our products are "made to order" so we do not accept returns, unless agreed upon prior. If you believe your product to be defective, please contact us within ten days of delivery so we can correct the problem.
Our fabric collections should be spot treated only; iron with medium heat on reverse as necessary.
